The first shipment of vaccines arrived at the Durham County Department of Public Health on December 21, 2020, and distribution will continue through 2021. 疫苗是 safe and available for free!! We offer vaccination appointments or walk-in vaccinations, no appointment needed. 点击这里or more information about getting your shot.  Getting vaccinated will be necessary for stopping the spread of COVID-19, so use this page to learn more, and make a plan to take your shot!

How can I be vaccinated?

 All people age 6 months and older are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine! To be vaccinated, visit us for a walk-in vaccination any time Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00AM-4:00PM, 封闭的星期二 & Thursdays, and closed 11:30AM-1:00PM daily. 点击这里或更多信息.

How were the vaccines developed?

Although the vaccines were developed quickly, they were built upon years of work in developing vaccines for similar viruses. Development time was cut without cutting corners. 疫苗是 highly effective in preventing COVID-19 with no safety concerns.
